With a robust academic background, she earned her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the United Arab Emirates University and is further advancing her legal expertise with a Master’s degree in Civil Law from the Dubai Police Academy.

Sherif M. ElKhatib is a seasoned Supreme Court Advocate and Legal Consultant, celebrated for his extensive experience and dedication to the legal profession. With a foundation in law from Cairo University’s Faculty of Law, English Section, he is a recognized member of esteemed organizations such as the Egyptian Bar Association, the Arab Lawyers Union, and the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration. Sherif’s commitment to excellence in law is further reflected in his active involvement with the American Bar Association and International Bar Association, where he contributes his expertise in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.

Joining Fawzia Mohd Lawyers & Legal Consultancy as Senior Counsel in 2024, Sherif has brought his expertise to a broad spectrum of legal matters. His practice areas cover civil, commercial, and criminal litigation, as well as corporate, banking, real estate, and labor disputes. He is also skilled in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including negotiation, mediation, and bilingual arbitration, allowing him to guide clients through complex legal issues with a comprehensive, strategic approach. Sherif’s bilingual capabilities enable him to serve both local and international clients effectively, bridging legal gaps across different jurisdictions.
