position: Junior Legal Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Legal Consultant to join our team for a structed internship. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Arabic and English, with a basic understanding of the UAE legal system. The candidate must be proficient in typing court documentation and have some experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including Shareholders' Agreements (SHA) and related contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, commercial contracts such as Shareholders' Agreements (SHA) and related agreements.
- Prepare, review, and file court documents accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisories.
- Stay updated with UAE laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive legal services.
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold the firm's standards of professional ethics.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the UAE legal system.
- Proficiency in drafting and typing court documentation.
- You're a whiz with MS Office Suite and eager to learn new software.
